




After many years of suffering, I've decided, not today but recently, to cease internal activities that cause distress. When I find myself doing this, I let it go. I have found that nothing is being gained from this activity, and that my mind works better when I don't. Much -- but not all -- of this activity consists of examining in detail the imagined or real implications of one situation after another and passing judgment on it = internal stress, misery, suffering. Tally ho! This is the equivalent of standing at the edge of a river and tossing some of your most "precious" "possessions" in, but by cracky that's what I'm up to.
So, don't fuck with me or...I'll cast you in too!
